1. Legal Compliance

• waiting periods

By placing an order, the customer certifies that:

• they are legally permitted to purchase firearms or ammunition
• the products ordered are legal in their jurisdiction
• they are not prohibited from firearm ownership under federal or state law

Orders violating applicable law may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

2. FFL Transfer Requirement

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder in accordance with federal law enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Firearms may not be shipped directly to individuals.

Purchasers agree to:

• select a valid receiving FFL dealer
• complete ATF Form 4473
• comply with background check requirements
• comply with all federal, state, and local laws

Receiving FFL dealers may charge transfer fees which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Transfer Failure

If a firearm transfer cannot be completed due to:

• background check denial
• failure to provide identification
• refusal by receiving dealer
• local legal restrictions

The order may be subject to:

• 20% restocking fee
• return shipping costs
• non-refundable shipping charges.

Customers must inspect firearms prior to completing Form 4473. Once transfer paperwork is completed, the firearm is legally considered accepted and cannot be returned.

4. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to:

• cancel any order
• refuse service
• limit quantities
• request identity verification
• cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Orders may also be cancelled due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or legal compliance concerns.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express

Payment is processed immediately upon order placement.

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for orders shipped within Texas in accordance with regulations administered by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Customers outside Texas are responsible for their local tax obligations.

7. Layaway Policy

Layaway purchases require:

• 20% initial deposit
• agreed payment schedule
• item ships only after full payment

The initial deposit is forfeited if:

• two scheduled payments are missed.

8. Shipping

All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.

Customers must provide receiving FFL information prior to shipment.

Once shipped:

• tracking information will be provided
• shipping risk transfers to the carrier.

Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Adult signature may be required upon delivery.

9. Restricted Locations

Additional shipping fees may apply for customers located in:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands

Customers should contact us prior to placing orders.

10. Ammunition Shipping Restrictions

Ammunition cannot be shipped to certain jurisdictions including but not limited to:

• California
• Connecticut
• District of Columbia
• Hawaii
• Illinois
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• New Jersey
• New York
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands

Customers must verify local legality prior to ordering.

11. Return Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are issued only when:

• the wrong item was shipped
• the product was damaged during shipping.

If a firearm transfer cannot be completed:

• a 20% restocking fee applies
• buyer pays return shipping
• original shipping costs are non-refundable.

12. Chargeback Defense Policy

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting customer support to resolve the issue.

Transactions are screened using fraud detection systems.

Orders flagged for fraud may require identity verification.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• $50 chargeback administration fee
• recovery of payment processor penalties
• collection action
• legal recovery of damages.

Fraudulent activity may be reported to:

• Federal Bureau of Investigation
• Internet Crime Complaint Center
• Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

13. Firearm Storage & Child Safety

Firearms must be stored securely to prevent unauthorized access.

Safe storage methods include:

• firearm safes
• trigger locks
• cable locks
• locked storage cabinets.

The purchaser is solely responsible for safe storage and handling of firearms after transfer.

14. Product Safety Disclaimer

Firearms and related products are inherently dangerous.

By purchasing a firearm or accessory, the buyer acknowledges the risks associated with firearm ownership and assumes responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use.

15. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless the retailer, its owners, employees, affiliates, distributors, and manufacturers from any claims arising from:

• misuse of firearms
• negligent handling
• unauthorized modifications
• improper storage
• criminal misuse.

16. Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer
